A trial court on Monday issued a non-bailable warrant (NBW) against AAP MLA Somnath Bharti in the domestic violence and attempt to murder case filed against him by his wife, making it clear that Bharti cannot evade arrest. Metropolitan magistrate Manika passed the order after Delhi police informed the court that Bharti is not co-operating in investigation.
