Bihar CM Nitish Kumar's open threat to bureaucrats

Battle for Bihar elections is getting uglier. Nitish Kumar is being caught on camera, making remarks towards the state bureaucracy. He has warned the bureaucrats there, that if they tried to go ahead with dismantelling a commission meant for a particular caste, his signature for them would turn out to be fatal.
