Under massive pressure goverment considering taking a major decision on orop within 24 hours. Even as one of the 3 veterans on a fast until death for orop collapsed yesterday at the venue, the veterans continued with their protests. Retired Colonel Pushpendra Singh, who was on a fast for past 8 days, collapsed at Jantar Mantar and was rushed to the hospital. Colonel Singh had been shifted to the ICU of Army Hospital Research and Referral. However the bravery of these elderly veterans has not moved the government, which continues to ignore the OROP protests.
