National Security Advisor (NSA) level talks between India and Pakistan is unlikely to take place in New Delhi, according to sources in Pakistan government. Pakistan is adamant on its demand to discuss the issue of Kashmir in NSA talks while India clearly said that there will be talks on ‘terrorism’ only.
