A complaint has been filed against Tehelka magazine in Mumbai after a recent cover story referred featured former Shiv Sena supremo Bal Thackeray as terrorist.The

cover story also featured underworld don Dawood Ibrahim, 1993 Mumbai blasts convict Yakub Memon and Khalistani terror leader Jarnail Singh Bhindranwale. The magazine

referred to all four as terrorists.
