Defending the NDA, the ASG Satpal Jain has countered allegations of government being soft on Hindu terror. The ASG has claimed that the NIA has no ground to challenge the bail of Swami Aseemanand. Not only that, he also claimed that even under the UPA the NIA had no case against the Samjhauta Blast accused.
