I saw Goa ministers being paid bribe: Former JICA director of Goa government

The trouble seems to be mounting for Ex-Congress Ministers in Goa. Former JICA project director of Goa government Anand Wachasundar has stated before a Judicial Magistrate that he had witnessed a bribe amount being paid to former Chief Minister and Margao MLA, Digambar Kamat and PWD minister Churchill Alemao in the alleged Louis Berger bribery case involving Rs 6 crore. The disclosure may prove to be crucial ahead of Kamat's bail plea hearing before a special court on August 12, 2015.
