A day after hanging of 1993 Mumbai blasts convict Yakub Memon, Jammu and Kashmir’s opposition party National Conference on Friday demanded return of the mortal remains of parliament attack convict Mohammad Afzal Guru, who was secretly hanged in Delhi’s Tihar jail in 2013. “Afzal Guru’s family is being deprived of his body and it is against the tenets of natural justice and undermined the constitutional principles of the country,” NC chief spokesperson Aga Syed Ruhullah Mehdi said.
