Saluting netas top cop's top job?

Now, a show cause notice has been issued to a meritorious IPS officer, the state ADGP by the Home Department who had courted controversy by not saluting Ramesh Chennithala, the Home Minister at a function recently. The notice, issued by the department on the instructions of Chief Minister Oommen Chandy, sought an explanation from Singh for his behaviour.
