In a move that is seen as a punishment for exposing graft, key Vyapam whistleblower Dr Anand Rai has been transferred from Indore to Dhar. Rai alleges that rules are being flouted for his transfer. He i now planning to move to high Court against his transfer. He says he also has threat to his life in Dhar, as he had approached CBI few days ago against a senior BJP leader who belongs to Dhar and had used his influence to get her daughter transferred.
