AAP's Ashish Khetan gets Cabinet rank, made vice chairman of Delhi Dialogue Commission

For all practical purposes, Delhi has a new 'mantri', even though the AAP may insist otherwise. Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's confidante Ashish Khetan has been given a status equivalent to a Cabinet minister. Khetan, a former journalist, has also been made the vice-chairman of Delhi Dialogue Commission, which is a think-tank of the Aam Aadmi Party government comprising of nine members.
