Patients in Kolkata are falling prey to the unholy Nexus between government hospitals and pathology labs. The doctors guide hapless patients here to private path labs for tests which are found to be inefficient and corrupt. Patients complain that kits for tests provided along with the report expired a year back. When NewsX reached the lab to investigate, it turned out to be a cow shed. There were no signs of any path labs in the 3 kilometer radius.
