Jayalalithaa's government makes big boast, blackouts wiped out in Tamil Nadu

Tamil Nadu for years now has suffered from blackouts and a power crisis. And now, politics over the same has taken centrestage. The DMK has lashed out at the AIADMK claiming that they have failed to fulfill their promise of ensuring no blackouts in Chennai. But the AIADMK has hit back claiming that TN has now got a surplus of power and has patted its back.
