Scottish Church College: Protest wears down diktat on dress code, notice turns to ‘recommendation’

A day after it came out with a directive on the kind of clothes students should wear to the institute, inviting condemnation from across the board, Scottish Church College on Monday showed signs of learning the lesson when it changed its stance from declaring a compulsory dress code to that of a “recommendation”.
