Delhi government's secret service fund may get Rs 20 lakh

The "cabinet note" on the Rs 35-crore revamp of Delhi's anti-corruption branch (ACB) includes a proposal to have a secret service fund of Rs 20 lakh. The note talks about "pro-active methods which involve penetration of departments by winning over informers and conducting sting operations as well as collecting incriminating documents discreetly," leaving the actual use of these funds open to conjecture
