A day after Aam Aadmi Party leader Kumar Vishwas failed to appear before the Delhi Commission for Women, DCW chief Barkha Shukla Singh said on Thursday that the panel has written to the Home Ministry, Delhi Police Commissioner BS Bassi and Delhi Lieutenant-Governor Najeeb Jung seeking intervention in the matter.
