Delhi Police have blamed the mob at AAP 's kisan rally for inciting farmer Gajendra Singh to commit suicide, TV channels reported on Wednesday.

In the report submitted to the Union home ministry, cops have also blamed AAP leaders for making provocative speeches during the rally.
