Rahul Gandhi to return to Delhi today

Speculations over Congress vice President Rahul Gandhi are likely to end as there are reports that he will be returning to Delhi late on Wednesday night. Rahul has been on leave since the February 22 missing the first leg of the crucial Budget session of Parliament. He is expected to lead an anti-land ordinance rally on 19 April.
