Massive protest over tral encounter

A civilian was killed in Army firing in Tral forests of south Kashmir on Monday afternoon, triggering massive protests in his native village, police and locals said.
Police identified the slain person as Muhammad Khalid Wani son of Muhammad Muzaffar of Shariefabad Tral-e-Payeen.

Khalid, the police said, was brother of active Hizbul Mujahideen militant Burhan Wani.
