No action against Assam MLA Rumi Nath, Opposition demands sacking her from Assam Assembly

Days after Assam MLA Rumi Nath arranged VVIP assembly passes for notorious criminal Anil Chauhan. No action has been taken against her for criminal breach of security, either by the Assembly secretariat or her own party, the Congress. The Opposition has demanded her sacking for letting a hardened criminal enter the assembly for 3 times. Meanwhile, the Congress MLA in question has come out with a brazen defence. According to her, she didn't know about criminal's past and his wife had demanded passes from her and she readily agreed.
