Teri Sexual Harassment case: Why is Teri blatantly supporting Pachauri?

Victim in the Teri Sexual Harassment case has written a scathing letter to the organisation's governing council asking why no action was taken against the founder RK Pachauri. She asked the management's double standards as tp why it failed to take any action and why has Dr Pachauri not been served with a show-cause notice yet? Despite court asking them to do so council has not taken any action against Pachauri.
