Narendra Modi government unveils 'Hindu Rehabilitation Plan'

Mufti and Modi have decided to create separate townships for Kashmiri pandits as a part of their rehabilitation plan.
The move has been vehemently opposed by the state claiming it will create a state within a state. In his meeting with the home minister yesterday Mufti accepted the rehab plan claiming it will provide separate townships to rehabilitate over 60,000 kashmiri pandits. Cong, NC and even the separatists in the valley have objected to the plan saying it will further split the state.
