Delhi Police Commissioner BS Bassi on Monday said that the police have arrested one of the five accused in a road rage incident near Turkman Gate area of the national capital. Bassi said that the Delhi police will ensure that all the persons involved in the case are arrested and that the victim gets justice. A 38-year-old man, Shahnawaz was beaten to death after an altercation when his motorbike hit a car near Turkman Gate in Daryaganj earlier
