India's hater addressed as 'Shri Masrat Alam' by Jammu and Kashmir government

J&K News: The Jammu and Kashmir government has sent a report on the release of separatist leader Masrat Alam to the MHA what might create another controversy is the salutation used here. The word 'Shri' has been used for the separatist at least four places in the letter that has been submitted to the MHA on the release of Masrat Alam.
