Nitish Kumar charged BJP of playing all the political game from behind. “It is on their indications its all happening which is very unfortunate for democracy”, he said.

He further said that they have also requested the hon’ble Governor to take a decision before the upcoming Budget session of the State Assembly as he has to read out his speech in the beginning session prepared by the State Government.
