Jitan Ram Manjhi on Sunday refused to resign as Bihar Chief Minister even as JD-U MLAs backed Nitish Kumar for the post.
Manjhi, after a meeting with Prime Minister Narendra Modi in New Delhi, said he would prove his government's majority in the Assembly on February 20.
