Bihar Chief Minister Jitan Ram Manjhi is likely to resign soon, say sources, clearing the way for Nitish Kumar's planned return to the post that he quit in May last year. Mr Manjhi, who was hand-picked by Mr Kumar, had earlier refused to make way for his boss. The two met today amid attempts at a patch-up.
