Delhi jal board notices for bill clearance get no response

In what should come as big embarrassment to central government - it has come to light water bills of Delhi Jal board to the tunes of hundreds of Crores are unpaid - while several Indian states are battling severe drought - it is an eye opener for all of us - when union ministries and CPWD won't pay their bills on time - it can be easily understood what the level of awareness for water conservation in India is.
