Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s re-ignition of demands of statehood for the Capital met an early roadblock on Sunday when the Centre accused him of trying to divert the public’s attention from the failure of the second phase of Odd-Even.

The Centre also ‘reminded’ the Delhi CM that New Delhi was a Union Territory, ruled by the President through the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi.
