After Maharashtra's helipad minister, the apathy has taken a new low in Karnataka. While visiting drought ridden villages, Chief Minister Siddaramaiah reportedly drove through roads on which water had been sprinkled. Why? So that dust doesn't rise up as the minister's convoy passes by. Siddaramaiah visited a Bagalkot district's village which has been affected adversely by drought.
