Congress president Rahul Gandhi is set to kickstart the party's lok sabha election 2019 campaign in Odisha on January 25 at a rally near here, the party said Thursday. Gandhi's visit comes close on the heels of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's back-to-back visits to the state.

कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष राहुल गांधी आज ओडिशा में चुनावी बिगुल फूंक रहे हैं. राहुल गांधी भुवनेश्वर के टोमांडो स्टेडियम में ‘परिवर्तन संकल्प समावेश’ रैली को संबोधित करेंगे और यहां वो बुद्धिजीवियों से भी मुलाकात करेंगे. साथ ही राहुल गांधी हिंदुस्तान एयरोनॉटिक्स लिमिटेड (एचएएल) और BSNL के कर्मचारियों से भी मुलाकात करेंगे. राहुल का ओडिशा दौरा सियासी लिहाज से अहम माना जा रहा है. दरअसर पीएम मोदी यहां का लगातार दौरा कर रहे हैं ऐसे में राहुल गांधी का ये दौरा पार्टी कैडर को एकजुट करने में मददगार होगा.
