Congress president Rahul Gandhi on Thursday said his party will keep all its promises once it is elected to power as he attacked Prime Minister Narendra Modi for doing nothing for the people of Uttar Pradesh. Rahul Gandhi targetted Prime Minister Modi on several issues while addressing a roadside meeting in Salon area of his parliamentary constituency Amethi, where he is on a two-day visit since Wednesday.

कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष राहुल गांधी अपने संसदीय क्षेत्र अमेठी के दौरे पर हैं. अपने दौरे के दौरान “कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष राहुल गांधी फुरसतगंज में ग्राम पंचायत प्रतिनिधियों से मुलाकात करेंगे. बाद में वो गौरीगंज में नवनिर्वाचित बार सदस्यों के शपथ ग्रहण समारोह में भी शामिल होंगे. साथ ही राहुल गांधी आज हलियापुर इलाके में एक नुक्कड़ सभा को भी संबोधित भी करेंगे और कल वो पार्टी कार्यकर्ताओं से मुलाकात करेंगे. इससे पहले राहुल गांधी 4 जनवरी को अमेठी जाने वाले थे, लेकिन संसद सत्र चलने के कारण उनका दौरा उस समय स्थगित हो गया था.
