आर्मी डे 15 जनवरी को मनाया जाता है. इस साल 15 जनवरी को इतिहास में पहली बार एक महिला अफसर परेड को लीड करेगी. लेफ्टिनेंट भावना कस्तूरी पहली महिला होंगी जिनको ये मौका मिलेगा. अभी तक किसी भी महिला ने आर्मी डे के सेलिब्रेशन में परेड को लीड नहीं किया है.
