Tamil Nadu chief minister O. Panneerselvam today urged Prime Minister Narendra Modi to direct the withdrawal of a clearance given by ministry of environment and forests to Kerala government for conducting an environmental impact assessment (EIA) for constructing a new Mullaperiyar dam.
