Union Minister Niranjan Jyoti on Tuesday expressed regret over her controversial remark and said that she is ready to apologise in Rajya Sabha. Earlier in the day, Parliament witnessed uproar over alleged controversial remarks made by Union Ministers Niranjan Jyoti and Giriraj Singh, with opposition forcing brief adjournments of both the Houses.
