Nation at 9: #84Coterie- Still confused about them Rahul?

As Delhi is in election mode now, it seems Congress has also woken up and has reportedly formed a 'controversial' team of 9 for the Delhi polls which will be held in the beginning of the next year.
As per reports, Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi has handpicked controversial leaders Jagdish Tytler and Sajjan Kumar for his team. Surprisingly, Shiela Dikshit who ruled Delhi for continuous fifteen years under Congress's banner has been left out of the team.
