केंद्रीय फिल्म प्रमाणन बोर्ड के पूर्व अध्यक्ष पहलाज निहलानी ने अपनी फिल्म ‘रंगीला राजा’ से 20 दृश्य हटाने के आदेश को बॉम्बे हाईकोर्ट में चुनौती दी. पहलाज ने कहा कि अदालत ने कहा है कि सेंसर बोर्ड का काम श्रेणी के अनुसार प्रमाण पत्र जारी करना है न कि किसी फिल्म में कट बताना.
