Ashok Khemka, who acted as the whistleblower in the Robert Vadra land deal case in Haryana, has said that a clean chit from the Election Commission (EC) stating that there is no poll code violation does not mean no financial wrongdoing has been committed in the transaction involving Congress president Sonia Gandhi's son-in-law.
the IAS officer said the EC has only maintained that there was no violation of the election code of conduct as the deal was done before September.
