In an episode of another massive ceasefire violation at the border, five people were killed and 30 have been reported to be inured along the International Border in the Arnia sector of Jammu and Kashmir on Monday morning.

Five civilians including two women and a 13-year-old girl were killed as Pakistani rangers randomly started firing at the posts of the Border Security Force or BSF and civilian areas in the sector early today around 1:30 AM.

As the reports suggest, heavy mortar shelling was encountered at the area and all the injured have been shifted to government medical college in Jammu but remain to be critical.

Two members from the same family were killed in the attack just before Eid celebrations on Monday and following the incident, as the sources suggest people around the border villages gave been asked not to gather in large numbers.
