Clashes broke out between Youth Congress workers and the Delhi Police on Thursday afternoon while the former were holding their 'Yuva Akrosh Rally' to expose the failures of BJP-led NDA government.
Incident took place at Jantar Mantar where police lathicharged the Youth Congress workers in a bid to disperse them from the venue.
