Sources: NCP wants CM’s post to be rotated

Congress election campaign committee chief Narayan Rane today said alliance partner NCP has demanded the post of chief minister on rotational basis should the alliance come to power.
Rane, who is closely involved in talks with Sharad Pawar’s party to break the logjam over sharing of seats for October 15 Assembly elections, said NCP wanted that the post of chief minister be rotated between itself and Congress for a term of 2.6 years each if the ruling partners get elected again.
