Hafiz Saeed is notorious for preaching hate against India. His missionary zeal however can be funny at times. Like his recent tweet about Kashmir floods. A natural disaster that has devastated parts of both India and Pakistan is, according to him, an Indian conspiracy. He thinks India can bring rain and cause misery to itself to cause it to Pakistanis. It's not funny, actually.

A Twitter account, purportedly of Jama't ud Da'wah (JuD) chief Hafiz Saeed, has blamed India for the floods in Pakistan.
