India Debates: Verdict on Modi, the first 100 days

The ruling government headed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi is performing ‘very well’ is something that is believed by his cabinet members and close associates.
Union Home Minister while commenting on 100 days of Modi at the Centre today said, “Eighty per cent people in the country believe that the Narendra Modi-led BJP government is performing very well.”
Singh’s comments came as a result of Congress’s President Sonia Gandhi’s accusations against the ruling NDA for the ‘price rise’ and increase in communal tension in the country as the new dispensation has completed 100 days of their rule.
Congress Chief further said in Rae Bareli that the people of the country will given an answer to whether the prices of the essential commodities have decreased or not.
Hitting out at the government for the rise of ‘communal tension’ in its initial 100 days in office, Congress leader Manish Tewari had questioned the ‘silence’ of the Prime Minister and accused it of encouraging organizations fanning it.
