SCBA finds judge was 'prima facie' sexually harassed by other, wants FIR filed

The Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA) executive commitee is “prima facie of the view” that a female additional district judge in Gwalior was sexually harassed by a more senior judge, and that this complaint should be dealt with immediately by the CJI.

The SCBA also urged the CJI to file an FIR and to take other “departmental” action against the judge, according to a resolution passed at the SCBA’s meeting,
