Agitated UPSC students meet Gahul Gandhi
UPSC aspirants on Monday met Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi to resolve the Civil Services Aptitude Test (CSAT) issue.

Sources said that the candidates have requested Congress leader to raise the matter in Parliament.

Meanwhile, Uttar Pradesh CM Akhilesh Yadav has also written to Prime Minsieter Narendra Modi, demanding changes in the examination pattern, which led to chaos and protests in the national capital over the past few weeks.

The protests by UPSC aspirants were intensified after the UPSC issued admit cards for the preliminary entrance exam and the aspirants agitating against "language discrimination" tried to march towards Parliament last week.

However, the government had claimed them down promising that it would not allow any injustice to students on the basis of language in UPSC.
