All trading closes on Bombay Stock Exchange

Several shares list on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) Sensex as well as its several indices have ceased updating ever since Thursday Morning. A spokesperson for the bourse operator has told agencies that the updation has not occurred owing to certain connectivity issues.
"There are some connectivity issues. We are issuing a statement soon," the BSE spokesman told a news agency over the phone.
Earlier multiple dealers had mentioned of the share prices of companies listed in the BSE not updating. The technical operators in the BSE are looking into the matter and are hopeful for a quick resolution.
Other sources from the BSE have also mentioned of a snag in the index calculation system.
