Mumbai police: We expect Preity to record statement this week

The probe in Preity Zinta's complaint against former boyfriend Ness Wadia is set to progress with the police chief saying the actor's lawyers have said she would meet the cops by this weekend.
Zinta had left for the US after filing the complaint, accusing Wadia of molestation and abuse at the Wankhede Stadium during an IPL match, last Friday.
"She needs to be given a 48-hour notice as it would take time to return from Los Angeles where she currently is,'' a source close to the actor said. Her legal team confirmed that Zinta is in touch with the police.
