N Srinivasan all set to be the Chairman of the ICC

Clearing the decks for his election as the first chairman of the new-look International Cricket Council (ICC), the Supreme Court on Thursday declined to hear Cricket Association of Bihar's plea to restrain ousted BCCI chief N Srinivasan from participating in the polls slated for June 27. Srinivasan is all set to become the chairman.
The CAB's lawyer told a bench of Justices J S Khehar and C Nagappan that Srinivasan must be restrained from assuming any position in the ICC in view of his undertaking to the court he will not act as BCCI chief till the probe into IPL corruption case gets over.
