Jagdishbhai Thakkar, who has been Public Relation Officer(PRO) in Gujarat Chief Minister's office since 1986 has been now appointed as PRO in Prime Minister's office.
In Gujarat, Jagdishbhai would be seen sitting in a corner with piece of paper and pen during most of the important government meetings chaired by CM.
