AAP leader Gul Panag allegedly assaulted in Varanasi

The Aam Aadmi Party has alleged that actor-politician Gul Panag and other party activists were attacked in Varanasi, where they are campaigning for party chief Arvind Kejriwal.
Ms Panag, who contested as the AAP candidate from Chandigarh, was allegedly attacked at the city's historic Banaras Hindu University, which has been the nerve centre for campaigning in Varanasi.
